I hope that you and your families had a wonderful Easter! We were blessed to be able to spend the holiday with both of our families.
We wanted to give an Easter craft to Olivia’s grandparents, aunts, and uncles so we made these cute crafts.
Here are the materials that we used:
- card stock, cut in half
- Paint
- Sponge brush
- Paper plate
- Masking tape
- Construction paper
- Marker
- Stickers
First, I used the masking tape to make a cross.
Next, we put the paint on a paper plate, and Olivia used it to paint over the cross.
We used a sponge brush, but any paintbrush would work. You could even have your child finger paint. Olivia doesn’t like to get messy though, so that wasn’t an option for us.
The next morning, we removed the masking tape, and made a frame out of construction paper. Olivia was very particular about the colors that she chose for each person. She then wrote her name on each frame, and added stickers. The finished product was a big hit!
