Spring Flowers

img_2289 img_2343I am already tired of this rain, so today we made some spring flowers!  These are the materials that used:
– Paper cut into the shape of a tulip, stem, and leaf
– Paint dots
– Glue stick
– Light blue construction paper
Before giving the materials to Olivia, I cut white paper into the shape of a tulip, stem, and leaf.  I set the green paint dots aside, and asked Olivia to decorate the tulip using the remaining colors.  Once the tulip was completely covered, I gave her the stem, leaf, and green paint dot container.  She had fun making the stem and leaf green.  Once the paint dried, Olivia used a glue stick to glue the flower to the blue construction paper.
